MY THOTS TODAY-2

i m raeding ths new book"dictionary of quotations and proverbs"4m the oxford series....my mamma got ths 4 us just 2 days back.i m going thru the "love" section:pg 168: quotation numebr 4.i m finding ths quotation not only slanderous to "love" but also entirely insensible piece of rot.it goes like ths-LOVE IS JUST A SYSTEM FOR GETTING SOMEONE TO CALL YOU DARLING AFTER SEX.-by JULIAN BARNES 1946:TALKING THINGS OVER(1991).
hilarious!isnt it?yes!!laugh it over!dont supress it...i mean, i find ths so much untrue...i knw ppl who r deeply in love;yet r virgins or celebates,as the case may be."love" is a word pregnant with much deeper meaning.this shallow interpretation of "love" is nt only cruel to it...bt also mis-leading."love" means "understanding", "co-operation", "attachment"which stretches beyond sex to reach to mental,spiritual and emotional levels.what i speak is well proved in past by RADHA in love with LORD KRISHNA,....MEERA BAI in love with the omnipresent god in frame of LORD KRISHNA.the lyrical peice composed by meera-bai,"MOREY TOH GIRDHAR GOPAL...DUSRO NA KOI...JAKEY SIR MOR MUKUT...MERO PATI VOHI..."is not jst a lyrical piece...its an allignment of words with emotions which she actually felt n which do actually exist.

this cannot be slighted away with the back of your hand.do u find everyone loving each other only 4 sex??is love reduced to mere physical pleasure today?oh!!how painful to even pen down these insults to love!!!!!
